  • Arcutis Services are not designed to automatically collect and/or receive any Personal Information; Arcutis is not able to identify you personally unless you choose to provide your Personal Information.

For example, you may submit or share your name, mailing address, e-mail address, profession or other Personal Information in order to receive information of interest to you.
