Shawn Davis joined Arcutis in June 2024 as vice president of market access.  Prior to joining Arcutis, Dr Davis spent 20+ years across multiple healthcare areas including PBM/payer, consulting, and biopharmaceuticals.  He held leadership roles at Express Scripts, leading formulary development and rebate negotiation, consulted launch and in-line strategies to several top 15 biopharmaceutical manufacturers, and led market access strategy for five oncology assets at Bayer. Dr Davis earned his doctor of pharmacy from The Ohio State University and his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
