Sabrina Stephan

Vice President, Quality

Sabrina Stephan was promoted to vice president of quality in September 2024; she joined Arcutis in 2020 as head of quality systems and was responsible for implementing Arcutis’ commercial quality systems. Ms Stephan’s background is diverse within the technical operations space. Prior to Arcutis, she was senior director of quality at PBS Biotech Inc., where she successfully improved and streamlined their quality processes and organization.  Previously she held roles at Sienna and Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, where she oversaw quality operations for contract manufacturing organizations, led the implementation of commercial systems, and served as a business system owner for GxP IT platforms. Before her tenure at these organizations, Ms Stephan was at Amgen in various operational capacities encompassing manufacturing, validation, and quality assurance. Ms Stephan received her BS in biology from San Diego State University.
