Melinda Francini

Vice President, Market Access

Melinda Francini joined Arcutis in April 2025 as vice president market access, where she heads the market access team. Ms Francini brings extensive experience with leadership roles across diverse segments of the healthcare industry, including biotech, pharmaceuticals, pharmacy benefit management, payers, hospitals, and medical technology. Most recently at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, she led market access, trade, distribution, patient services, pricing, and contracting. Previously, at J&J, she led a commercial team focused on access strategies, pricing, and strategic customer management for new markets and medical devices. At Healthfirst, as the senior vice president of strategy integration and business transformation, she drove large-scale transformation and led the pharmacy department, driving enhancements in clinical and operational efficiencies. Earlier, at Medco/Express Scripts, she developed innovative strategies in personalized medicine and disease management. Ms Francini holds a bachelor of science in community health education and a master’s in health care management.
