Aleen Hosdaghian

Vice President, Marketing

Aleen Hosdaghian serves as vice president of marketing, overseeing all marketing initiatives across the Arcutis portfolio. She joined Arcutis in November 2023 as executive director of marketing. With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mrs Hosdaghian has a proven track record in managing and directing strategic marketing initiatives primarily in dermatology, and within cardiology, infectious disease, and endocrinology. Mrs Hosdaghian’s focus and area of expertise is on commercialization and life cycle marketing of more than a dozen therapies in the topical, oral, and biologic space over her decades of experience.  Before joining Arcutis, Mrs Hosdaghian was the brand lead for US immunology at UCB. She also led marketing efforts with increasing responsibility at Sun Pharma and Ferndale Laboratories. Earlier in her career, she held various marketing roles at Triax Pharmaceuticals and Pierre Fabre and started her career as a business development manager at ProCeryon Biosciences. Mrs Hosdaghian holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Cortland and a Master of Science in Computational Biology from Rutgers University.
